Ms. Figueroa joined Blue Heron in 2009 as a Research Intern while she completed her graduate degrees and was promoted in 2010 to Associate with Business Development and Research responsibilities. She has more than 6 years of experience in the transportation, industrial, and auto industries in operational and financial roles. She worked in different capacities at Kenworth, a division of Paccar (PCAR), in Mexico, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude from UDLA with a B.A. in Business and a certificate in History of Art. She has an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School and an M.A. in Social Psychology from New York University. She is a founding member of Te queremos ayudar, a foundation dedicated to helping low-income burn victims in her hometown in Mexico. In addition to Spanish and English she is fluent in French and Italian.
