Ms. Kratz joined the firm in 2007 as a specialist in management due diligence. Prior to joining the firm, she spent more than six years as a reporter and writer for Fortune magazine. She has written stories on real estate and corporate governance issues, and she was an assistant editor for Newsweek. Ms. Kratz holds a B.A. in English from Brigham Young University and an M.S. in journalism from Columbia University.
